BRO THIS IS SICK!!!!!! i recommend using a billboard gui for the circle instead of a particle emitter but besides from that this looks mad!

for those who want tomove their black hole but the particles dont move with it go to ParticleEmitter's properties and scroll down and check LockedToPart edit: also if you wonder how to smoothen the "event horizon" (the black circle) you set the ParticleEmitter's LightEmission to 0.95 (its under the color)

for the circle you can make the colour 0,0,0 and the material neon for pitch black

If this black hole in the video is about 5 studs, or about 150 cm, this black hole that is about 169 earth masses (funny number), and the website I used said it had a gravitational field of 29958505957893921 meters per second, I am not sure how big that is, but I am sure that it would probably attract the entire map and eat it in less than a second

I know an alternative to the event horizon, just use an all-black decal for all 6 sides of the horizon, or don't even have a horizon at all!

This is INCREDIBLE, but I have a few questions, Can particles render just fine inside and behind the glass? I know you’ve shown it in the video but I just wanna be sure if all particles can render And also, does this require max graphics? If so, if graphics were set below what is needed, what would it look like?

Thank you Particles are not visible behind these glass, only inside or outside. Max graphics is recommended. When set low, the lensing will not appear and will look like spheres

I tried it on 8 graphics minimum, worked fine. Only issue was you could see the outline of the spheres but it looked very nice.

if you use a neon part with color [0, 0, 0] then the color is pure black

Just remember, the accretion disk should not touch any of the distortion parts.

@@Tarika916 well for now i cant because i did not add the accretion disk so far. it is harder than you think due to there being no decals of a accretion disk. so i am trying to make my own texture. but i can add a torus for you to see

so, if this is realistic, if u were to add like particles around it for a disk, would the lense warp the particles to look like it goes over the blackhole, just like a real life disk?

It can warp around if you have one but it cannot react to particles. I suggest use parts or decals.

@@randomguy_justpassinthroug7885 No, just put an inverted sphere mesh. In the mesh, insert a highlight, disable it. Going back to the mesh, make it glass with the transparency of more than 1

play on max quality + the Highlight feature is really new, so some devices wont have the highlight (distortion) effect
