The idea is good !! but using ex refrigerant tank as pressure vessel is not safe !

this is a good safety point I think that R22 can hold up to 300 PSI which is above the 160PSI/12 bar that most industrial compressors hold. please take a look here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nKqkm6aEzrWRiX0.html minute 3:18

I get scared around my 20lb propane tank I converted to an air tank if I welded some rebar together as a cage for it would that protect me if anything happened?

Setelah di bawah tekanan yg di atur. Kenapa kompresor tidak menyala sendiri.. Cuman ada suara mendengung aja.. Kenapa itu bos.. Tnx

Bawaan pabrik, mesin kulkas tidak bisa on off dlm jarak dekat, harus nunggu beberapa menit. Kecuali kalo mau, pake relay kawat + kapasitor starting

if you mean the one shown at 6:15 it is presostat that stops the motor automatically in 160PSI
