that Angel switch is sick i never seen one of those, i found that same tiny motor in an old cd player, separate from the larger cd rotation motor, it moves the lasers diode back and forth with spindle type gear. where to find good little propellers? riddle me this- what's the difference between an impeller and a propeller?

If only they had tech like this when I was a kid... It'd be cool to add 2 more balance switches to make the motors on either wing fire more or less to keep the plane level side-to-side while in flight.

thanks, the biggest thing is practice and trial and error. When you engineer something it rarely works on the first try but you have to troubleshoot and try again

Mercury tilt switch. Very dangerous for your health when broken after a crash. Mercury is mostly forbidden in my country.

Isn’t the glass tilt switch filt with mercury? If it brakes during a crash your heavily poisoning yourself and the environment. I’ve tried too find this part for my own build but only found mercury filled switches. So better watch out people.

Sketch it D.I.Y that would be cool , only don’t ass throttle just servos , if u want throttle just lift up to gain altitude so the tilt switch is engaged and spinning the props , and then aim down to disengage the switch and cut power to motors to lower in altitude that would be quite a challenge

Another issue with this project is it's anything but durable, it won't go far and will get destroyed by the first crash plus it's dangerous and unpredictable and could seriously hurt someone, this is a epic epic EPIC fail, like if anyone agrees with me cause these are good reasons.

You are right. It’s not durable at all. The tilt switch could break during a crash releasing a mercury cloud which is very very poisonous to people and environment. The battery can easily shortcircuit due too bad soldering/isolating. Worst case: crashe, shortcircuit, paper gets on fire burning the battery which explodes causing danger to you if your close, or too someone’s home when it crashed on a roof, or the mercury switch could burn open poisoning everything and everyone around it. YOU ARE RIGHT!
