every logo i take the whole box come with it bro

So when I tried to add it obs it did not transfer onto my twitch stream, even tho it is linked to my twitch(I stream on PS5 and I use overlay expert) tried to add it as a layer on my overlay expert as an image background and it did not work, basically when I create a new layer they ask if I want a text layer or background, i get rid of the text layer and try the image I created from photopea and it doesn't work.. :(
