I think what they failed to clearly explain and demonstrate are the following: 1. There are two openings that are to be cut into the cereal box (decently shown). One is for your eye, the other for the sunlight. 2. The hole with no tin foil is where you will observe the projection. 3. Position the tinfoil (with the pin-hole) directly toward the sun. 4. Look through the other cut-out (hole opposite the tin foil) to view the projection and look at the white paper you placed (tape helps) at the bottom of the cereal box. 5. Ensure you do not squeeze the box as this may distort the image by limiting light and bending the tinfoil. 6. Keep the tin foil facing directly at the sun. Moving around may limit or completely stop projection. 7. ANY box WILL work. Just ensure you make it as dark as possible. A smaller peep-hole will improve the visibility of the projection! 8. NEVER look directly at the sun! Have fun 😄.
