I have a video on how to make different types of sleeves, kindly watch the video, you'll see where I talked about how to make an off-shoulder sleeve. A cold shoulder sleeve is a sleeve that doesn't start from the shoulder of a bodice. Mark 5 inches from the shoulder of your dress and place the off-shoulder sleeve on the 5inches mark, sew it and that's how to achieve a cold shoulder sleeve

Thanks for this tutorial got what I was looking for. Please Ma if I'm using dull face bridal should I add gum stay or double it for thickness.

You can add gum or haystay (doubled) before sewing with boning. If you're using any of these interfacing, you'll need to double your satin, so that one can serve as lining to the other
