Another way to get a keg: metal recycling centers. They will sell it to you for like $1 per pound. I got a really nice one for $40 that way. The big beer companies/bars etc sell them to these places if a keg gets too banged up. Thank you for the video...I was wondering how to fill it, now that I have it!

Just watching these to check on ideas I think what I’m going to do is cut the top off below the handles weld A rod in the middle and get/make a clamp that will help me center the weight in the middle off the keg so it won’t be as off balance then use like tool box style latches weld those bad boys on and call it good

Hi Coach Joey! Love your channel and your videos! Even though I don’t get a chance to comment on each one, I’ll watch each and every episode! I have a question for you about the Overhead Press: So my gym unfortunately is a very busy gym and often times it’s hard to get a rack. Instead I have just reserved my to doing it off the floor as a Floor To Overhead Muscle Clean & Strict Press. So for example if my program calls for 3x5, instead of sets of 5 strict presses off the rack, each rep is a ‘clean and strict press’. My question is what are your thoughts on this way... is it a good movement or an inefficient one? Thank you in advance, and as always, you are awesome!
