Chef Yener, how do you get the plane in such a perfect tube? I'm having trouble seems to set flat. I followed this video which is amazing but I just cant get it. Should I be using the heavy duty version of pastillage? For a cake on July 4th. Tyvm in advance!

My pastillage is never right no matter how much I try. It is so dry even when warmed. I always have to revert back to modelling plaster or modelling chocolate. Any ideas.
