Resümee zu Part 1,2 und 3 kann ich nur sagen, dass ich den Bau dieser Drehmaschine als Bastlerarbeit ansehe nach dem Motto "mehr gewollt aber nicht gekonnt". Er hat sich bemüht eine Maschine herzustellen. Passbohrungen, Passstifte usw. dies alles und Passungen sind hier Fremdworte daher sehen die Oberflächen beim Drehen auch so aus. Ein stabiler Fuß und Drehbett sind das A und O solch einer Maschine, hier wackelt es an allen Ecken und Enden. Die Führungen der Längs- und Quersupports sowie des "Schlosskastens" der nicht vorhanden ist sollten zumindest geschliffen, muss ja nicht geschabt wie bei exklusiven Maschinen es der Fall ist, sein, jedoch sollten Tuschierfarbe für solche Fälle einmal benutzt werden ebenso für den MK 2 oder 3 Konus beim für die Aufnahme der Bohrer, Werkzeuge usw. Was am miserabelsten an den ganzen Videos war, sind die Oberflächen der Passungen. Würde mir in einer Prüfung ein Azubi. solche Flächen in der Prüfung vorlegen, würde ich 0 Punkte auf die Oberflächen geben, sind die Oberflächen schlecht ist die Funktion auch nicht mehr wert als 25 /100 Punkten. Er hat mit den ihm, zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln eine entsprechende Maschine gebaut, dies kann und muss man auch bei den ganzen Videos sehen Alles in allem, wenn keine Genauigkeit erforderlich ist kann man mit der Drehmaschine auch drehen. Besser als nichts. Wie geht ein Sprichwort: " besser schlecht gefahren als gut gelaufen". Viel Glück bei den nächsten Projekten!
