American here. The other timezones are subtracted from eastern. That would make central time 7am compared to eastern 8am. Other than that, this was a fantastic video as always!

Could we do this in sharepoint - seems like it would be more live and accessible to view it ? Or is excel what most project managers are utilizing these days. ??

Such timezone mapping happens itself in the outlook or notes depending on timezone of the user with the meeting invite. Why is this needed in this way ?

It can be handy to show the team and move things around on the fly, especially when first deciding our team cadence at the beginning of a project, or adjusting it after retrospective feedback, etc 🙂
