How to make a telescope mirror blank cutting machine | making of 12" telescope

I have made this telescope mirror blank cutting machine with an old center table , an old ceiling fan and a iron ring as a cutting blade . Its diameter is 12 inch , thickness of the sheet is 1 mm , height 2 inch.

I wouldn't say the simplest, but the cheapest way for a low cost motorized machine. The simplest way is hay hand with a similar artifact non motorized. I did it.

Not enough, use at least 19mm for best result.
