Umm how are you trying to use it blowing on it won't do anything except maybe launch the wax paper u need to hum or buzz into it so the vibration transfers from your mouth into the tube then into the wax paper, amplifying the vibration.

Maybe you could use grocery bag plastic, who knows? I wouldn’t be surprised if it works.

Liiv&Lizz, I’d recommend you use tape and not a rubber band, because I used one for mine, and it messed it up, or maybe the paper’s not on tight enough, or maybe you’re not humming loud enough. Also, if you’re blowing in it, the trick is to hum.
