" Me having fun, i think the house is a "set" for a t.v. show ( i.e. fake home) or will there ever be a tour of all/most projects shown in a "at home" video.just me thinling out loud.no matter the answer, it'your quality videos, and persona driving me and the girlfrind back, to try your ideas, and our own.

Awesome vid! Of course it comes out like a month after I get done mounting my families TV on the wall lol. I am almost positive I used that same exact mount too (or one nearly identical) and I am a big fan of it. I also hid the wires with some face plates that are the size of standard wall outlet face plates, but instead they are just a rectangular hole, that has an L shape to the back so that you can snake wires behind drywall and have it look clean. I just used 2 of those and a really nice indoor extension cord and it saved me a little time when hiding the wires. The face plate is super easy you just use the template to cut out the piece of drywall and then the piece fits in flush and the screws have fins on the back that snug it up to the drywall. Just another option for those of you who don't feel like relocating an outlet (although I have done that too and it's not much harder). Heres a link to the face plate I mentioned! www.amazon.com/Datacomm-50-3338-WH-KIT-Mount-Cable-Organizer/dp/B003N7NJBY/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1535927486&sr=8-1-fkmr1&keywords=cord+hider+drywall

You can drill through a brick wall, but you can't fish cables through it unless you also use a chisel to carve out channels and then plaster over it when you're done and repaint the whole wall. It's just not feasible.

Dont you love it when you have the right tool for the right job. I bought a brushless dewalt impact wrench a couple months ago and just got to use it for the first time the other day to change the low beam headlight on my car that requires you to remove the tire to access the panel in the wheel well. The lug nut came off so easy I changed the other side just for fun. I need to buy that tool he used to make the angled holes in the video. I can’t believe I’ve finally reached the day I’d get excited over buying new tools.

W Walsian, He said, The idea is good 👍, but if you take the addressable LED tape and the Arduino control board, then you can make interactive lighting behind the TV. That is, the colors will change according to the screen image. How to do it, you can see on the channel AlexGyver. I think that the targeted LED ribbon and Arduino greatly diversify your illuminated handicrafts and furniture. Took me 2 seconds with Google translate to see what he said.

Hey great final look with the Wifi LEDs! You said shoot ideas about entertainment center and that got me to thinking when you said “something thin”!!! What if you used glass shelving (cheap Home Depot) that was 12 inches wide and 4 to 6 feet wide and used those knobby brackets to hold them from the back. You could have 4 to 8 shelves - even staggered - and you could back light some of the glass edges to for general purpose room lighting. The entertainment center could then hold media, components, a fish tank, books, knick knacks (your regular nice stuff that you don’t know where to put) and some lights. I dressed my kitchen window this way right across the middle of it and put a fish tank there. It worked great and no dumb curtains to get greasy!

Man this is the coolest mounting tv tutorial/display I have ever seen so far. I like the fact the you could put all your weight on the panel you built. I wish I could do that. LOL Great video bro! Awesome.
