His Q sustain is definitely way too strong pre 6 for a scaling champ. Health regen is a little too strong in general for most top lane champs, especially with things like biscuits, second wind or fleet footwork stacked on top of abilities, passives or items that heal you.

@@grossguy9570 totally , and the funny thing is he act as if its unfair to take vayne top, as if she counter him , but lets be honest . vayne cannot win nasus top lane.

@@danielgx83 Really depends on runes. If Sirchez didn't take comet, Vayne should win lane phase either by kills, amount of CS or both, because Nasus can't poke. I'm pretty sure Vayne is supposed to take Fleet Footwork or Grasp for this matchup so she can heal his poke but instead she went Lethal tempo. Same thing with Teemo, in theory Teemo should counter Nasus, but comet Nasus is really good against ranged champs. Thing is, Comet Nasus also sucks late game, so that's the trade off. I actually play against Sirchez every now and again and when he goes comet Nasus I just proxy him with singed. His poke is so strong with that rune it's impossible to lane against him and comet doesn't scale well with Nasus so, it's much better to just farm. That being said, early game healing is still broken in this game and Vayne not taking a healing rune made the matchup 10X harder for her.
