How to make a water filter at home | Vessel filter installation video -Remove iron & clay from water

Күн бұрынThis is a video about making a vessel filtration unit at home yourself without depending on any agencies. It costs me less than Rs10000 to install this unit by myself. All the shops in my area was asking for about Rs25000 for a single vessel unit. So I am just showing everyone how you can save so much money by doing this yourself. It will only take 2-3 hours to fix this vessel filtration unit. Please don't fall for the traps of shopkeepers promoting this for high price. The filter works well but the cost they are quoting is very high.
This is better than the PVC pipe filters also as the final cost is almost similar to that when finally made. Please follow the video to understand more about this.

Very useful video, simple and clear, thank you. Can you please tell how many litres can be filtered in a hour like 2000 or 3000 lts per hour. Are there various sizes of FRP cylinder for higher capacity filtration?

The filter can be designed as per flow rate . FRP tank size can be chosen accordingly. Katalox Light from Germany media shall be used in right qty as per flow rate required

Bottom stainer and upper strainer installation തെറ്റ് ആണ് . അതുപോലെ stainer installation ചെയ്ത inner പൈപ്പിൻ്റെ length തെറ്റ് ആണ് . വെള്ളം ലബോറട്ടറി യില് ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു അതിൻ്റെ റിസൾട്ട് അനുസരിച്ചാണ് വെസ്സൽ ഫില്ലിംഗ് . ഇത് തെറ്റായ രീതിയാണ് . റിസൾട്ട് കിട്ടില്ല . ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ iorn remove ആകില്ല

Can you say something more about the filter pipe which will be inserted to the vessel before loading the powders. You are silent about it in the video. Please the specification and from where you purchased it. Also, please share how you decided the quantity of each powders

If you see the video fully, I have mentioned about all these except the pipe that was inserted. The attachment of pipe is a simple process. Just attach it to the multiport value at top and to the mpv bottom part. The height depends on the mpv model you select, which will be specified in the booklet you get.

Did you observe any pressure drop? means after the installation was there any additional time required to fill the overhead tank? 3. What is the salt quantity you are currently requiring? 4. Mix akilla…mix ayirunnel ee type filter upayogamillathayene…there are videos showing how backwash happens in transparent filters in KZfaq I think…there is mechanism in multiportvalue to avoid this

@@SmarterKerala if use bigger Vessel ,life and filteration efficiency and flow will be high, I suggest the size depends on water usage and quality of raw water

Okay. This was enough for my family of 5 members and I am not planning to overkill it. As mentioned my issue with water was resolved. Thats all it matters for me.
