I love how homey this movie feels. Great recipe, I also like to mix watermelon with feta. Red onion is a great addition, the mint is also herb that I like to add.

I first tried this salad 2 years ago, at my university, when I’ve got COVID and stayed in special isolated place. First I was shocked, as I’m not from the US, and never tried watermelon with cheese 😀but now I’m looking for this recipe 🙂 thank you, would definitely try to make it in summer

We love making this salad, and actually grill the watermelon first, which enhances the flavor even more.
