been working with foam for years expechaly that roll from michals. invest in a heat gun no need for under wire ever after that.... a stove works in a pinch just be carefull. "thats what i use as i over worked my heat gun"

And they said geometry had no real life applications

I'm disappointed. The video was very helpful until you glue the top portion of the hat to the bottom. You don't really explain how you did this. The way it looks in the video make it seem weak and that it could fall apart.
