woooow! Accra is also the capital of Ghana. Never knew it's also the name of a food. You learn something new everyday.

I just love the way how you blend the seasonings instead of chopping them up. I am not too fond of the seasonings so it's better when you blend them. Well done and a big thumbs up to you

That looks delicious! We also make that dish in Haiti 🇭🇹 , but that particular dish we call it marinad instead of Accra. The Accra that we make in Haiti we make it with malanga instead of flour

Terri-Ann, this is Chef Rene Hewitt from the TV show, In the Kitchen with Chef Rene Hewitt. That looks outstanding. Gail sent me the recipe and thank you so much. When I use this recipe on my show, or any Social Medias, I will definitely mention your name. Thanks, keep up the great work and stay in touch.

I use a similar recipe but with hot peppers n shadow benni in mine . I don't use baking powder . I usually allow mine to sit for a few hours so the flour can well absorb the seasoning n saltfish .keep up the great work

You got to be a Trini. Shadow benni. I see this a lot now in recipies, but when I left Trinidad decades ago I did not know about it. I guess they did not cook with it in our home.

Yesssss!!! I made your beef patties, delicious. Now I know how to make these. All Caribbean is Caribbean with a few tweaks. I had a friend from Barbados that use to make these and they tasted good. I think this will come out just a tasty. I'll make them when I have 3 cups of oil to spare and for a crowd.
