How to make acrylic glass bender || cheap way to make acrylic bending machine By Selftech Projects

1:The wire i used is extracted from a heater spring available at any electronic shope.
2: one side of the wire should be tighten to the screw at one side and another side of the wire should be tighten to a ballpoint spring. The ballpoint spring should be stretched and then attached to another screw as you can see in the video.
3: we use the spring because when the wire is heated, it expands,
4: 12v computer power supply is best for this machine.
5: important thing is. Use 12v plus minus wire at both ends of the wire...not screws..

How many watt PSU you used? And what type of wire is that?

i have connected just 150 watts supply and the wire is taken from the spring of a heater.

One important question : how can you tell which is plus-minus wire on the power supply? I have 450W computer power supply with a bunch of wires...

All the yellow wires are 12v Red wires are 5v If there is a white wire,it is 3v All the black wires are negative (-)

Untuk buat ukuran 1.5 m kawan nikelin 1 mm , tebal akrilik 2-3 mm butuh power supply yg berapa volt dan berapa Ampere

Brother kindly use a computer power supply to provide anough amp. Computer PSU is enough for upto 2 feets.
