DO NOT SKIMP ON THE COCOA POWDER. THIS IS CRITICAL TO THE TASTE & TEXTURE
For condensed and evaporated milk, I would recommend Carnation for premium ones but brands like Angel, F&N and Bravo would also be good. Other brands taste TOO much of condensed milk.
