المقادير 100 غ = 100 ملل ماء 6 غ = 1.5 م ص خميره جافه فوريه 40 غ = 2.5 م ك سكر 6 غ = 3/4 م ص ملح 50 غ = 50 ملليتر حليب بيضة 300 غ = 2 كوب دقيق خبز ( طحين. فرينه) 50 غ = 1/4 كوب زبده # للوجه قبل الخبز : صفار بيضة + م ك ماء # للوجه بعد الخبز : زبدة مذابه

Great recipe! Thanks a lot! Made burger buns before with almost the same ingredients (but I used to add melted butter not to knead the butter afterwards), it tasted good but not bakery style. This one though is terrific! Could it be that kneading butter at the end was why made it different? I also baked it for almost 15 minutes until they turned golden color. Thanks again!

Bonsoir, ca faisait très longtemps qu j essayais de faire des pains hot dog et hamburger sans résultat convaincant. Ma soeur est tombée sur votre blog et me l a conseillé. Je les ai faits et oh miracle ils sont extraordinaires. Je peux oublier toutes les autres recettes, merci mille fois.
