Long time watcher, first time commenter! I enjoy your videos SO SO MUCH! I feel like they are therapy for me! I love to cook for my 17 year old son, and I get so many new ideas from you, in fact I think I'm going to make this baked spaghetti for dinner tonight with a big salad and some garlic bread. More than the recipes though, I truly love your kind and calm demeanor. I love your positive messages, you really encourage me. As a divorced, single mom, I struggle with feeling good mentally and emotionally and watching your videos always makes me feel like I want to do something positive like get outside and go for a walk or make a homemade meal for me and my son. This is an awesome dish. I do this with my leftover spaghetti because I always have so much left. It’s such a nice feeling to know I have a ready-to-go meal in the fridge for later on in the week. My family likes this casserole almost more than the original spaghetti!

I make the basic spaghetti sauce and noodles. I prefer chunky sauce. Then I use a drained can of peeled tomatoes. Then I put it in a baking dish and mix it up. Then I add a layer of pepperoni. Then I add a layer of cheese. Then a layer of pepperoni. Then a layer of cheese. I'm generous with the cheese and pepperoni. Most of the time I use macaroni or spiral noodles instead of spaghetti noodles. I bake it until the cheese on top starts to turn brown. I think my recipe beats your recipe. I invented it when I was like 10.
