I loved this. I made a double gift card holder by cutting another piece and adding it to the side where you put the plain piece of card stock. My friend loves it!

@@KlompenStampersJackieBolhuis I made one of these last night. Love the idea. I am going to make more for Halloween. I made it to be a regular 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 card, just taped the gift card area a bit shorter so the card wouldn't slip out. Thank you for the idea.

Watched this video today and was so excited to make this card...as I needed to make a gift card holder card to mail out Monday. I just wanted to give you a heads up. I did not go to your blog to see the other photos of the card first. I just went ahead and cut my papers. The designer paper for the front of the card as well as the layer of solid paper inside should NOT be cut to the dimensions you state in your video. You say the paper on the front should be cut 4" X 3 1/4". It actually need to be 4" X 3 3/4"...which your blog states also! The first time I cut the paper, it was too small. So I checked out your blog and the dimensions were correct there. Don't want anyone else to make that mistake...especially if you have limited or special paper you're using. :-) When you are demonstrating the inside piece, you do state the size correctly. But I just jotted down the numbers when I first heard them. Guess I should have listened more closely. I watched a few of your other videos and really enjoy how you present the process and make it so very easy to understand. I'm a card maker and love your ideas. Thanks so much! You do a great job and your cards are lovely.
