I've heard of the time blocking before and always felt discouraged to try it because it seemed so complicated. But now I think I'll have to give time blocking another chance cause this explained so much better and seems really doable... 💜💜💜

1:18 i wanna be both the owl and the bird... That's one of my goal. One of my biggest enemy is addiction and procrastination. They go hand in hand . If i should stop procrastinating , i must get out of my addiction first...i am addicted to some sort of videos (BL). I am trying my level best to build a wall and distract myself from watching that... But i fail again and again😕. Still , i want to be a good student and achieve my goals... You are also helping me from distracting myself from that... Thanq 🥺🥰👍. Keep going

You should try 9:00 pm to 12 mid night if you want more than 1:00 am and take a nap at afternoon 😴 😉

I don't know why I randomly got a thought while watching your video my head said to me - you don't have to focus on showing off that you study, you don't have to focus on getting phrases from you family and friends, the only thing you have to focus on is your future, don't listen to others, don't care about what others say. I need a big advice. ( sorry for always asking for help). I am doing a co-curricular activity which I don't like. But my mother is pushing me for it. The worst thing is it is related to heights and it is my biggest fear I got shamed for. Should I drop from it because of my fears or keep going. Help me to decide I think you will understand as teenager's my situation 😓
