try using different watt bulb and see what works best…sometime you may have to opt for smaller 2 bulb instead of big 1 bulb…

Claro que si, con mover los una vez en la mañana y una más por la noche, bastará para así evitar de que los pollitos que se están desarrollando adentro del huevo no se pegen

You should not help to crack the eggshell, let the chick struggles to get out. This is the normal process. If you crack the shell, the chick might not be ready to come out yet.

At 8:23, the temperature showing 24.3. how it is possible? 25w lamp in a box the temperature should be between 37-40c depending the location from the bulb. And how the chicks were hatching at a temperature of 24.3???
