I use a dremel with a 1/4-inch aluminum oxide rotary extension. Takes about 5 seconds and you get a perfect hole😁

That’s why u don’t use a blow drier use hot water get a bowl put water in it then put the water in the microwave until it’s really hot then take it out then put your figure in the water head first then wait a like 2 mins then u should be able to pop it off
