How to make Auto Cut Off Battery Charger for any Battery | Automatic charger circuit for 12V & 6V

In this project, I have shown how to make auto cut off battery charger for any battery on zero PCB. Here, I have used this automatic charger circuit to charge 12V battery but you can use this battery charger for 6V battery.
After setting the cut off voltage, you can directly supply 220V/110V supply at the input and connect the 12V battery at the output. The charging will automatically stop as per the preset cut-off voltage.
Download the PCB layout for the auto cut-off battery charger:

Please print the layout on the A4 page and stick it on the cardboard or zero PCB.
Required Components for the automatic charger circuit:
1. 1k Resistor 1/4 watt (2no)
2. 10k Resistor 1/4 watt (1no)
3. 10k Potentiometer (1no)
4. 10uF 35V Capacitor (1no)
5. 1000uF 35V Capacitor (1no)
6. 1N4007 Diode (1no)
7. 1N5408 Diodes (5no)
8. BC547 NPN Transistor (1no)
9. LED 1.5V (2no)
10. 12V SPDT Relay (for 6V use 5V relay)
11. Connectors
12. 15V 2A Step-down Transformer
13. Zero PCB
Here I have used an acrylic sheet for the PCB, but you can also use cardboard or zero PCB.
You can easily design this homemade automatic battery charger circuit and use it as the bike battery charger or car battery charger.

You showing the by varying voltage that it will turn off but when we convert Ac to DC the set value is high and it will turn off

I saw your circuit and it's good. But I need certain clarification from your end:- 1. Suppose If I add the circuit omitting the rectifier,smoothing capacitor and taking the output from the existing power supply whose output is 15volt derived from a 3 amp transformer and 1N5408 bridge to your circuit will that be okay. 2. I will set the desired cut-off voltage as per your circuit. Will this circuit is capable of charging the lithium ion battery pack with 3s/4p of 20 amp with BMS? If not kindly enlighten me on how to charge a lithium ion battery pack with BMS having 12v/8Ah (3s and 4paralell set up).

Thanks. You can use any variable DC power supply. Here I have used LM317. For 6V battery you have to use 6V relay and transformer.
