When you do something enough you get fast at it. Takes me about 7 minutes to do a full glam make up look anymore. If you get down everything to perfect coordination you could potionally have taken a shower and let this cook at the same time.

I can shower in less than ten if I'm not washing my hair . I shower daily but wash my hair about 3 times a week. So it is possible but I would venture to say she takes at least 30 minutes...

Nice! I loved it for lunch! Here in Japan i normally have a smoothie with avocado but i tried this today and it was great. I had it with soy sauce and i only baked for about 5 mins and that seemed sufficient. i also had a side dish of tuna and the rest of the taken out avocado with soy sauce.

I have made this three times now and the egg doesn’t cook all the way, how are you cutting out the space for the egg? And my egg is always too big and flows over and burns 😞

I think a better approach would be poaching an egg and putting it in the avocado, and putting it under a broiler for just a minute or so to melt some cheese or whatever on top.

Maybe an avocado drink would be nice too. Smash 2 avocadoes with a whisk, add 1 sachet of milo powder, some water so it becomes drink consistency. Mix, add ice and serve

Indeed. Really ripe avocadoes get so soft that you can sort of just make it a spread. I use them with eggs and ripen avocadoes of my own together. It is so good.

DO NOT BAKE THE AVOCADO MAKE A NICE PIT IN THE AVOCADO AND THEN JUST COOK THE EGG AND VEGGIES, AND PUT IT IN THE UNBAKED AVOCADO. It tastes so good then.
