How to make baked tomato confit
In this video I show you how to make baked candied tomatoes. It is the same recipe that I learned and used in the restaurant to prepare tomatoes confit.
Personally I like to cut the tomatoes into wedges, I find that they are more attractive for the decoration of the dish, but you can cut them into slices or in half to cook tomatoes confit.
Ingredients to make tomatoes confit:
Tomatoes quantity needed
Olive oil
Sugar
Salt and pepper
Optional: Rosemary, oregano
Now that you know how to make tomatoes confit in the oven, you just need to prepare them and try them in your meals.
