I make ChinChin, about 6 varieties in a commercial quantity. All organic. No artificial or preservative. Banana ChinChin has a shelf life. It can be on the shelf for a month and still remain the same, it all depends on how dry you fry it. I bottle it and seal it up. I don't use flavor in all my ChinChin. Coconut, wheat, chocolate, Original, Vegetarian and Banana. I wanna introduce yogurt ChinChin to my clients. Thank you 🙏
