How to make Bangda fry | बांगडा फ्राय | Mackerel Fry | Ayala fry | Fish Fry | Indian style (Bangda)
Bangda Fry Ingredients:-
4 medium size bangda fish
for marination:-
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp asafetida (Hing)
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
For Fish Fry coating:-
1 cup rice flour + 1/4 cup rava/sooji (optional) + 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Oil for frying
