There are two different kinds of color pigment..... water base and oil base.....you probably dissolved water base color in shear butter oil.....it will not dissolve...

You gave a larger recipe but your production is a small batch done without measurement in grams I feel it confusing bcos the measurement cup used here is not specified if it 150ml or 250ml

Yes.......the soap is crystalizing........ your oil is inadequate.....in the soap
