Had barley tea for the first time in grade 6. I was friends with this Korean girl and I went to her house and her mom made us bibimbap which was sooooo good I had never had it as good since that day and cold barley tea but I didn't know it was barley tea I just knew it was really good and I wanted to have it again. I found out it was barley tea so I just made some last night. I feel I should've crushed it for a deeper taste. It tastes different than when I had it the first time but it's not bad. To be fair I did accidentally burn the barley a bit and I forgot to wash the barley. I will try again next time😅

I use both Boricha and Mugicha alternately, when I finished my box of Boricha, I will open a Mugicha then I will go back to Boricha after I finish my Mugicha.. Since I started using them as my water, I never got stomachache which I always have before, it's easy for me have an upset stomach for no reason at all but since I use both of this tea, I almost have no stomachache since I start drinking them.. 🥰 The best and inexpensive remedy for me..

I drank lots of barley tea when I was working with a Korean company, but it was made with cold water. I was given many teabags to make for myself when I got home, but I have run out and need to make some the roasted barley. Do I buy barley without the husks or can I use whole barley seeds?

Hey, this is a late reply but you can use whole grains of barley. They usually sell bulk packages of roasted whole barley grains at places like H-Mart/Mega Mart, so I'd def recommend checking them out.
