I have arthritis in my spine, sadly. For me an indoor water feature is a Must. This design would work perfectly. But what is the outer most container? Is that some kind of cement box? I need something that is not going to splash on the floor. Which I think I can build the sides up just a wee bit taller. but the beauty and function .. look like a solution for my place.
