Around the 1:30 mark of this video is when I usually like to add the Beef and my different seasoning to the noodles then turn the fire off and let the noodles sit and cool down. That allows the seasoning to actually STICK to the noodles. I love to add different seasoning to mine along with the beef package it comes with.

I’ve experimented so much with ramen. Added new spices and sauces, strained the noodles first then cooking broth, and a bunch of other obscure recipe. I needed a reminder on how to cook them normally. 😅
