How to Make Beetroot Cured Salmon

3 жыл бұрынThey used to love this fish back in ancient Rome, and why not? It's sweet, salty, goes with anything and it looks the part too.
Salmon fillet/side - 1/2
Beetroot - 2 Raw
Oranges - 2
Dill - small handful
Sea Salt - 80g
Caster Sugar - 80g
Vodka - 60ml

3 days or 36hrs? Nice idea though, the darker layer on the outside is perfect with the salmon colour inside
