Mandy this is a wonderful tutorial. It is totally addictive! May I add one small word of advice: 24 hours after setting, place the sheet right side up in the freezer for 5 minutes. Take out and lay face down on a flat surface. You can easily peel back the backing plastic from the wet glue, as the freezing arrests the glue's ability briefly and you will find it comes away like magic. Then you can simply finish drying in a nice sunny spot.

love it but my main question is, how much more do you charge for adding a bling?

From my researching this, it seems between three and five dollars additional is the average. I hope that helps :)

I love them! I do have a question, though. We work so hard to maintain safety standards. Is this tulip fabric paint skin safe? I worry about putting anything on skin that isn't cosmetic grade and FDA compliant.

Hi Diane! When it is dry, it is totally skin safe. Another painter friend e-mailed Tulip for the MSDS sheets and inquired regarding this exact issue, and they assured her that once dried, they are completely safe to come in contact with the skin. If you have any concerns, though, you can try one of the other methods like aquarium silicone to adhere the gems together - I know there are other ways to do it. This seemed like the safest and easiest method for me! :)

Hi Amanda! Love the video as always. Can I ask once they are dry should you always peel them off and apply a glue or could you peel them off and store them elsewhere like a sectioned container? Or would they all stick together? I could see this becoming a crazy addiction for me

You could keep them on their sheet after they dry if you wanted to and store them in a notebook, and then just peel up and add the body adhesive right before you apply (it takes a minute or two to "set up", so I just like to do it ahead of time.) I think they might stick together if you tried to store them in a sectioned container, even without the body adhesive applied. They are SO fun to make and it's quite addicting! :)

The printable templates are available on the Jewel Junkies Facebook group. You can use regular clear plastic page protectors and keep them in any binder. Hope this helps! :)

Hi Lisa! They are plastic page protectors - I got mine on amazon.com, but you can get them at any office supply or "big box" store. Hope this helps! :)

Nice video but I have a question - how thick do you apply the Mehron AdGem adhesive? I covered all the backs, let it dry completely and then put on the plastic sheeting to put in a book. I wanted to pull one off but it seem like some of the glue adhesive stuck to the plastic. Is that common?

Hey Katz NC! I put a pretty light coat on. So far I haven't had any trouble removing them, sorry to hear you're having trouble!
