In this video I want to show you how my grandmother always has made coffee at home.
For her it was very important that the coffee was freshly roasted and she roasted coffee at home at least 2-3 times a week.
This is why I have chosen to roast the coffee in the video.
This method I am showing is how we made it at home and I think a lot of other people in Bosnia do it the same way.
In other countries people use cold water instead of hot. And I think in Turkey the sugar goes in the coffee grounds. In Bosnia we use special sugar cubes and you always get them
on the side.
