You could half dip. Let dry and dip the other half. Steam to add toppings after for a neater finish. Your pineapples looked so yummy!

Those look really good 😊 since the bamboo skewers didn’t work try out the bamboo toothpicks 6 inch, I use them to dip my berries. They aren’t as flimsy as the skewers. Maybe a fork would too. Good luck!

You soak the pineapple in alcohol for a few hours

You could also add the pineapples with alcohol in the food coloring if you want to get more drunk, lol

you can store them in the freezer or fridge. they never last more than 2 days here so i don’t know 😂

Okay so I did some candy pineapples and as they were sitting on the parchment paper, the candy began to run like water and the others when I picked them up, the candy broke off. Do you know why that happened? I followed the recipe exactly.

Get white food coloring mix it with another color

Use regular food color to change the color, it will be a tranclucent color but it u want a solid color use white then use color
