you'd be surprised just how strong thick cardboard can be! Especially when cut into pieces and stacked up then wrapped around another piece of cardboard! It can hold quite a bit of weight and it's actually pretty durable compared with particle board which most affordable shelves similar to this are most likely made from. But the hot glue was the only fault i saw here! Awesome use of trash to treasure!!! 👍
