Nice vid !! Im about to build my tunnel and im going to use this method. Only thing i might change is instead of using plaster on the paper by hand ...maybe cutting plaster cloth and just laying it inside but ill try both ways

Great way of creating a tunnel keep your ideas up.

Hey there, very interesting. Here is an option - - Take black faced core flute and cut strips that are the height of the side walls. Run the strips sharply over the edge of a table edge which will shape the walls and crease in very interesting wrinkles into the walls. Place these walls along the tracks where the tunnel will be. Cut another piece of core flute and set on top of these walls and trim to the shape of the curve of the tunnel and glue in place. Cut 2 more pieces that will be the rough faces to the tunnel porter entrances. Now build your tunnel up over this. No more sliding this into place after the mountain is up -do this first. since the core flute is lined with black paper, there is no work to be done on the inside lining. For longer tunnels, join these sections together. Works like a dream. Bob S
