I understand not wanting to tear the head down to do springs but if you cut the valve guides down you can fit a dual spring easy. I did that on a stock head and had no problem with some crane 99896 springs and 99970 retainers with crower 0.050 taller keepers. Had to notch the piston a bit for the cam which was .576/.598 285/292 110 lsa.

Hypothetically speaking...would the peak boost still drop as much as it did with the Brodix heads if they were 102cc vs 120cc? My thought is there would be 18cc less pressurized air leaving the intake manifold every time the intake valve opened therefore keeping peak boost pressure slightly higher. What say you sir?

Used a 1999 454 I built it up last summer with a Scat Pro Stock Cast steel crank they rate to 800 Hp. Other than a Moroso 80 psi oil pump she is stock yet in my Chevy 454 Gen 6 pickup.

@@richardholdener1727 Why Yes Richard. Larger the Main Bearings Journals the Larger the Crankshaft Thrust Bearing Is physical in size or actually circumference and in square inches. More surface area is present to hold the Hydrodynamic oil film. High loads are displaced over a larger area and peak psi square inches goes down of course. Ever been into an 11 liter to 28 liter Semi Truck Diesel Engine to overhaul ? I have several times. Huge compared to Auto, race cars, and Light pickups.

I think most engine tuners are incorrect when they say that the renesis motor has less potential I think it's actually better than the original design... 🤔... Or has the potential to be... Nobody's sequentially turbo charges them like the originals were.... With those high RPMs I see higher potential total output... A 1.3 with 600 wheel horsepower would be a hellcat 1 inch punch from hell... That would be a hell of a H Bomb 😏 no pun intended.... I'm considering an inter chilled twincharger setup.... Haven't seen that setup yet on a rotary.
