⏩Ingredients for Chicken Fajitas (3 to 4 Servings):
400 gr of chicken fillet.
To Marinate:
Juice of 1/2 large lemon or 1 small lemon.
3/4 to 1 tsp Salt (1/2 tsp Vegetable stock Powder and 1/2 tsp Salt).
1 tsp of ground paprika or chili powder or a combination of both.
1/2 to 1 tsp Garlic Powder.
1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
1/4 tsp dried oregano or dried cumin
1 Tbsp Olive Oil.
To Fry:
1 medium or large onion
1/2 Piece of Red Pepper.
1/2 piece of green pepper.
1/2 piece of yellow pepper.
Maggi sauce to taste.
Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Salt and pepper if necessary.
Chicken fried and cut into strips.
To decorate:
Fresh cilantro to taste.
⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1. Let the chicken breasts marinate for a minimum of half an hour or up to 4 hours. More time, better flavor.
2. To check if your chicken is well cooked you can cut one of the fillets and cook the others at the same temperature and same time, you can also check it with a thermometer, the internal temperature of the breast must be at 74 C.
