I show you how to make chicken parma and chips on the campfire while camping.
Chicken parma and chips is a very popular meal when you head out to a pub for lunch.
You generally cant go too far wrong by ordering a parma for lunch without even looking at the menu.
But, have you ever tried to make chicken parma on the campfire?
To make chicken parma is very easy. It only requires four main items for a traditional Aussie chicken parma.
1 - Chicken breast for the base of the parma.
2 - Tomato paste.
3 - Ham
4 - Cheese melted over the top.
From there you can add what every you like to your chicken parma.
You can still have amazing meals while you are out camping. Having a chicken parma out in the bush thats cooked on the campfire, is as good as it gets. Lol.

Simple tip to take it to another flavour level, season your egg wash with salt and pepper, season your tomatoes sauce mix, add some smoked paprika & use 3 cheese blend mix ontop! Flavour bomb! Love ya vids batesy

G'day Tim, love your work. My grandson has just started heading off on his own after getting his license, he is loving it. He'll be good at it as well. I told him if he wants plenty of tips to watch your vids, so we have another generation who loves and respects the bush. In your travels did you ever come across a bloke by the name of Ces Leith, (my uncle) he was a brumby hunter up around Omeo. Gday mate, Mate it was so good this cook up. I fair dinkum can’t get over the amount of people mention how it’s said. I fair dinkum have never seen a pub menu saying Parmi. For me it’s been Parma as long as I can remember, and it will stay that way. Lol End of the day they both have chicken, tomato base, ham and cheese. That’s the big one that counts. Try rice crumbs instead of bread crumbs. Same effect, but they don’t burn so easily, so easier to get it cooked through

Loved it. Nice easy meal outdoors or indoors. Although you had me at the "chips". I'm thinking why is he putting chips in to bake. Chips in the USA are potato chips, you baked what we call French Fries! lol No worries , right!

Hehe nice cook up,must admit l have never had a crack at Parma out bush. As l say to police that want a sticky beak at me when l am out on the road,it not a easy life out bush l gain heaps of weight.
