Great video, I noticed that when you clicked Play that it played all four bars. When I click play, it only plays the first chord on repeat? Is there a way to get it to play through everything on the screen? Thank you!

Charles Hagin sounds like your looping in your daw. So set your loop setting to loop whatever length you want. Captain chord should play for as long as your loop points are

@@Inflightmuzik Thanks! I'm using FLStudio, not entirely sure how to set my loop to whatever I want?

@@chashagin1 set it to song mode and draw in the length you want in the playlist for the pattern you're on. you can also right click and drag across the top where the grid is numbered to highlight what section you want to loop. You can also set it to pattern mode and set your pattern specific lengths at the top right of the channel rack.

Having the same exact problem. It's infuriating. The most basic, obvious thing anyone would want to do is just play all four chords. I must have toyed with this software for 20 minutes and it's the most unintuitive and saddest piece of software I have ever seen. It should not take an hour of googling to simply play what is obviously right in front of you. These developers clearly need to take UI/UX classes.

@@Inflightmuzik Song mode in the DAW makes absolutely no difference. It just loops the first chord repeatedly ignoring all the others.

Great description! In your opinion, which is better Instachord, Scaler, or Captain Chord?

Side Swipe I’ll cover all of them through this series. Captain chords is a part of a bundle of midi tools so if you’re looking for midi help in other area of production, captain plugins is the best overall solution. Then I would say scaler 2. Scaler 2 might be a slightly better option for chords than captain chords. That’s something I’ll go over in the video.

Hi! Do u consider that this plugin is worth it if I already know music theory? Because sometimes I'm stuck and idk what to do so do u consider that a person that already knows to do chords , scales etc this plugin could help? Thanks!

RenewalWon this is only one part of a plugin bundle that comes together. I’ll go over the other plugins that you get included with captain chords as well. But in terms of just captain chords vs scaler 2, I think scaler 2 is the better plugin 1v1
