I do not have toddler sizes at the moment, but if you download the pattern and use the small pattern, put it on a copy machine and copy % smaller that’ll fit a toddler.

What are the shoe sizes for the sizes I wear like a 10.5-11 I was thinking maybe a Large would fit.

Yes I think so too. When you download the pattern you get all of the sizes. So you can try which one fits you best.
