This reminds me of my father-in-law. He likes the tocino that is a little bit sour as many Kapangpangan do. I also like it. Classic Kapangpangan tocino has only 3 ingredients and is very easy to make. This is the tocino I like and I'm sharing it to you how I do this. No food coloring, no preservatives. Come on let's cook.
