I don't understand Why not just use silicone to create your shoe? It would be flexible so you could place it on the doll and look like the store bought one. Just purchase 2 part silicon like this, www.walmart.com/ip/Mold-Star-20T-Silicone-Mold-Making-Rubber-Trial-Unit You can then paint it however you choose. It cures in 30 minutes. So you'd have a pair of shoes in one hour if you create two silicone molds. Using the other materials just makes no sense. They are not meant for that.
