ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ಈ ಮೆಣಸನ್ನು ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಮೆಣಸು ಅಂತ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಇದನ್ನು ಗಾಂಧಾರಿ ಮೆಣಸು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಕೂಡ ಕೊಡಗಿನವಳು 😊

We can but Sugar adds sweetness or else the wine would be sweet less making it difficult to drink the wine ✌🏻

What if we leave more than 21 days... will it be of more taste as it ages?

Yes brother, the more you leave the more taste it gets, but make sure to filter(remove all solid particles) the wine after 21 days and then you can keep it for a long time 👍🏻

Sure Sir, i can send you the seeds, but I can't guarantee you that those seeds will germinate because here in coorg we don't plant Gandhari chilli, it grows on it's own ... I am happy to send you the seeds but i am worried wheather if it grows or not 👍🏻✌🏻 If you still want, i can send you sir ❤️✌🏻

Exactly sir, even i plant seeds and saplings thinking that i done my duty, it's left to him(God) wheather those seeds/plants grow or not. I will be happy if atleast one seed makes it and grows into a big plant
