I thought a great cuisine to try to master first would be everyone's favourite: Mexican!

I’m from the UK but of Pakistani descent. My wife had to go on a gluten free diet and to replace roti/nan we looked everywhere before settling on corn tortillas. This is by far the most informative video I’ve seen yet! Keep it up dude

Hey have you tried nixtamasa by maseca it's what I use and it seems to be more forgiving. I haven't been able to find pan.
